Deadline Guard for Jira
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of Deadline Guard for Jira (the "Service"), provided by FunAMP (合同会社FunAMP) through Atlassian Marketplace. They are app-specific terms intended to supplement the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms and order.
License and use
Subject to an applicable Atlassian Marketplace subscription or trial and these Terms, FunAMP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your Jira Cloud site. You are responsible for ensuring that your users follow these Terms and Atlassian's terms. Marketplace billing, ordering, and platform operation remain subject to the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms and order.
What the Service does
The Service checks Jira due dates against project working-week and holiday settings, calculates business days, and may update a due date when the current Jira user has permission and confirms the change. Project administrators can configure the supported settings in Project settings.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass Jira or Forge access controls, interfere with its operation, or use it to process information unlawfully. Do not submit passwords, API tokens, identity documents, or other secrets to FunAMP support.
Changes, suspension, and termination
FunAMP may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product decisions. Your right to use the Service ends when your Marketplace entitlement ends, the app is uninstalled, or these Terms are terminated. Settings and data handling remain subject to Atlassian Forge behavior and the Privacy Policy.
Support
Support is available through the Support page. FunAMP does not promise a particular response time or service level unless separately agreed in writing.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise that every due-date calculation will meet every business policy or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for reviewing dates and making business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, FunAMP disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
Intellectual property
FunAMP and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, documentation, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
