Deadline Guard for Jira

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how FunAMP (合同会社FunAMP) handles information in Deadline Guard for Jira (the "Service"), a Forge app for Jira Cloud.

Information processed

To provide the Service, the app may process the Jira issue key, project identifier, due date, relevant project context, the current user's Jira permission context, and the app's licensing state. Project administrators may also configure weekly days off, custom holiday dates, timezone, and whether the due date counts as zero or one remaining business day.

Storage and purpose

Only the project business-calendar settings are stored in Atlassian Forge's app storage (Forge Key-Value Store): weekly non-working days, custom holiday dates, the IANA timezone, and the due-date counting mode. The Jira project identifier is part of the storage key. The app does not store names, email addresses, Atlassian account IDs, usernames, IP addresses, or a personal activity history in KVS or another app data store. The settings are used only to provide the business-day calculation and configuration features.

Where processing occurs

The Service runs on Atlassian Forge and uses Jira APIs through the Forge runtime. FunAMP does not operate an external server for the Service, does not use Forge Remote, and does not send app data to an external API.

Atlassian may process information as the provider of Jira Cloud and Atlassian Forge. Atlassian's own terms and privacy documentation apply to that platform processing.

Retention and deletion

Forge-hosted storage is retained while it is needed for the app configuration and operation. Project administrators can update or remove configuration in Project settings. Atlassian's current Forge documentation states that hosted storage is retained for 28 days after app uninstallation and then deleted. Reinstallation is treated as a new installation; a customer-consented recovery request may be submitted through Atlassian within 21 days of uninstallation where applicable. FunAMP does not keep a separate external copy of this app data.

Security and disclosures

The app uses the minimum Jira and Forge permissions required for the described features and checks the current user's permissions before changes. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. FunAMP does not sell customer data. Any legally required disclosure will be handled as required by applicable law.

Support communications

If you contact FunAMP by email, the message may include your email address, Jira site URL, issue key, screenshots, error messages, and other information you choose to send. FunAMP processes that information separately from the app's automatic data flow for support, troubleshooting, and security response. Do not send passwords, API tokens, recovery codes, or other secrets.

Changes and contact

FunAMP may update this Policy when the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a material change is published. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to imai@funamp.jp.
